Quality and simplicity is our recipe.

Our kitchen offers a selection of home-cooked seasonal dishes, combining the exotic cuisine of Indonesia with mediterranean recipes.

Our continental breakfast includes freshly baked bread and homemade tropical jam and preserves. We only buy pelagic fish from Bangka’s fishermen and we use the freshest and locally available ingredients. Avoiding as much as possible processed food and packaging is our way to be sustainable.

Please be aware we don’t have an “à la carte” menu, but we will be happy to accommodate guests special diet requirements. (Priore notice is appreciated)

Full board accommodation includes three meals per day and a snack during the afternoon.

Drinking water, biscuits, coffee and tea are available all day long.
