Beachfront Pool Villa

Our 150 m² detached Beachfront Pool Villa offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces, ideal for guests or families seeking elevated privacy and comfort.

The master bedroom features a spacious king-size bed with a high-quality mattress, plush pillows, and premium cotton linens, and opens onto a teak terrace facing the private pool and ocean beyond. A walk-in wardrobe with a dedicated make-up console connects to the open-air ensuite bathroom, which includes a double indoor rain shower. A secondary access to the bathroom is available from the small hallway that leads to the villa’s second room.

The second room can be used as an additional bedroom or as a private lounge. It is equipped with a Smart TV and overlooks a secluded garden.

Outside, a large teak terrace features a private 6x3 m pool, a double sunbed, and direct beach access. Private sunbeds are also reserved for you on the sand just in front of the villa.

As in all our villas, you’ll find a water dispenser with hot and cold drinking water, a mini bar, and complimentary tea and coffee. A curated selection of natural, custom-made Coral Eye toiletries is provided to enhance your stay.

Rates are valid until 30th April 2026.
Rates are per villa per night, including full board accommodation and 21% Tax and Service.
Round-trip transfer (Airport–Resort–Airport) not included. Please add €100 per person (minimum 2 persons).
The rate for children (ages 4–11) staying in the same villa as the accompanying adults is 85€/night per child.

    • Our rates are inclusive of accommodation and full board (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner).

    • Complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee, fruit and biscuits are available all day long.

    • We do not charge for children under the age of 4. Special rate for children aged 4 – 11 in the extra bed in the villa of the accompanying adults.

    • Minimum stay: 3 nights (5 nights minimum during the month of August).

    • For cash payments we accept Indonesian Rupia, Euros and US Dollars. For payments by credit card the total amount will be converted to the local currency (Indonesian Rupiah) in accordance with today's billing rate.

    Booking Policy:
    To confirm your booking and guarantee your chosen accommodation we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the accommodation for your stay within 7 days. Full payment is due 45 days before arrival. Special conditions apply to group bookings.

    Room Rules:
    The room is regularly cleaned and tided by our housekeeping staff twice per day.
