Our kitchen offers a selection of home-cooked seasonal dishes, combining the exotic cuisine of Indonesia with Mediterranean recipes.
Our continental breakfast includes freshly baked bread, homemade tropical jams and preserves, eggs made to order, cereals, home baked muffins, seasonal fruit platters, fresh juices, tea and moka coffee.
For lunch and dinner, we use the freshest, locally available ingredients to produce a wide variety of dishes that combine European traditions with Indonesian cuisine. We buy all our fish from Bangka Island’s fishermen to ensure freshness, quality and sustainability. We avoid processed food and plastic packaging as much as possible to protect the environment.
Please be aware we don’t have an “à la carte” menu, but we will be happy to accommodate guests special diet requirements. (Prior notice is appreciated)
Full board accommodation includes three meals per day and a snack during the afternoon.
Drinking water, biscuits, coffee and tea are available all day long.
The resort is run by four Italians so you can enjoy an espresso moka at the end of every meal; it’s on us!
